Is there ANY positive feedback for the new agent workspace?
I haven't seen it.
I would be interested as well, as I received an email that "Zendesk is upgrading your support experience" in early March. From what I have seen and read, it will be a downgrade, which is the first time I am seriously thinking about alternatives to Zendesk.
And again I ask.... anyone here have ANY positive feedback? The new system is an absolutely dumpster fire... but it seems Zendesk is more interested in their "conference table" decisions than the needs of the greater user base.

Adam Hanley do you have details on what is cumbersome? The most glaring items for me were comment ordering and somewhat limited markdown support, but I'm interested in anything else painful folks have seen. I want to ensure my team is prepared for this when we're forced to switch.
