    Hi IT Helpdesk,

    If you have not disabled Zendesk authentication, you can log in using your email and password at https://{your_subdomain}

    If you have not set a Zendesk user password, or have reset all passwords during SSO setup, you can easily request a password reset through your admin email.

    If you have indeed disabled Zendesk authentication, Please reach out to Zendesk support for assistance.

    After resolution, I would advise to keep Zendesk authentication as a backup with 2 FA turned on for additional security.
