Issue symptoms
When I try to access the Zendesk QA Chrome extension, I see a blank page.
Resolution steps
You may have used a previous login method tied to a former Klaus account to sign in to the Zendesk QA Chrome extension. Now, the extension may not load, show a blank page, or crash your browser.
To authenticate the extension again, follow these steps:
- Clear your browser’s cached data and cookies for All time
- Restart the browser, then load the Zendesk QA extension again
- Select Continue with Zendesk
- Enter your Zendesk subdomain, then click Sign in
