    There were no active visitors but I still did not see a simulate visitor option.  Maybe I am looking int he wrong place?

    Hi, there is any solution to this? When I open Simulate Visitor, a new window is opened and nothing else happens.

    I tried Simulate Visitor on my test account and it works as expected. I would highly recommend you to clear your browser's cache and cookies first - Options to clear cache and cookies and also try to reproduce this issue on another browser or an Incognito tab?
