I cannot find certain leads, contacts, or deals in Smart Lists. Where did they go?
Search for the lead in the global search bar to make sure it exists in your account and you have permission to view the lead.
If you see that the lead is in your account and you still cannot see it in your Smart List, you should check your applied filters. Clear all filters and your lead should appear in the list.
For example, leads can have different statuses in Zendesk Sell. To help you focus on the leads that you're making the most traction with, we hide the leads you've marked as "Unqualified". If you're missing any unqualified leads, you'll be able to bring them back into your view by selecting the unqualified status.
