How do I change the email address that receives my notifications? Will this impact my integrated email address? 

Answer

There are two places in your Sell settings to add an email address. One for your login information and notifications, and another for your integrated email address. 

To update the email address that receives notifications

  1. Navigate to your Sell Settings under Manage > Profile. 
  2. Your profile email address is displayed under your name.
  3. Click Edit Profile to open your admin center.
  4. Update your email and click Save.
Important: Updating your profile email address will change the credentials you use to sign in. The email listed in your profile settings sends you Sell notifications and is also used to log into all Zendesk products. Check with an admin on your account before making any changes to your login method in case your account has an advanced login configuration.

Your integrated email address and all email conversations synced in your account will not be impacted by changing your profile email address. Your integrated email address can be changed by following the steps in the article: How do I update the email integration on my account?
