When viewing a lead or a contact, I would like to update the address from my mobile app. How do I update the address? How do I get directions to visit my lead or contact?
Answer
To update the address of a lead or contact on the Sell mobile app
- Navigate to the card of the lead or contact in the mobile app.
- Click Edit.
- Scroll to the Address field and manually enter the address information.
Alternatively, you can click Edit from map. - Selecting Edit from map will open Google maps and allow you to tap on the screen to Set this address.
Check that the street, city, state/region, zip code, and country fields are correct. - Click Done.
The address should be visible under the Details of the lead or contact. You can tap on the address to Get Directions through Google maps to your desired location. For more information, see the article: Using geolocation features from your mobile phone.

Hi Katie,
You could check an extension on Zendesk Sell Marketplace called Mapsly which can geocode your Leads and Contacts based on the address field and display them on the Map. You can also download the Mapsly mobile app, build optimal routes and navigate to these contacts/leads using Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze.
This tool also supports location tracking of your sales team, as well as configurable check-in buttons that can save visit notes/outcomes back to your Zendesk Sell account.
