I can't find certain leads, contacts, or deals in smart lists. Where did they go?
Answer
Search for the lead in the global search bar to make sure it exists in your account and you have permission to view the lead.
If you see that the lead is in your account and you still can't see it in your smart list, check your applied filters. Clear all filters and your lead should appear in the list. For example, leads can have different statuses in Sell. To help you focus on the leads that you're making the most traction, Sell hides the leads you marked as Unqualified. If you're missing any unqualified leads, bring them back into your view by selecting the unqualified status.
