Voice (formerly Talk) Partner Edition is a toolbox that lets you integrate Zendesk Support with third-party telephony systems or with your own integration using the Talk Partner Edition application programming interface (API).
This toolbox lets telephony integrations create Zendesk Support tickets for calls and voicemails, and create users.
