Why do I have a Pending Actions tab in my Sell settings? Why is someone on my account in the Pending Actions section?

That tab shows users that require more information. The users will not be fully added or removed from the account until the admin completes the actions below.
Complete invitation process
When a user is given access to Sell in Admin Center, specify what role they will have and what information they can access in Sell. Depending on your plan level and permissions, a user can have more advanced permissions that need additional setup in your Sell settings.
Follow the steps below to complete the invitation process for a user:
- Navigate to your Sell Settings > Users > Pending Actions.
- Click on the button Complete invitation process next to the user's name.
- Fill out the information determining the user's permissions.
- Click Add user.
Note: If you have not completed the Action for the user, the user will see an error message when they try and access the Sell product.
Transfer data of deleted user
When you remove a user from the account, manage the transfer of their data:
- Navigate to your Sell Settings > Users > Pending Actions.
- Click on the button Transfer data of deleted user next to the user's name.
Important: If you do not want to delete the user, click the arrow to add the user back to the account. - Complete the form to reassign lead, contact, and deal information as well as any potential subordinates in the user hierarchy.
- Click Transfer data.
