Why do I have a Pending Actions tab in my Sell settings? Why is someone on my account in the Pending Actions section?
Answer
The Pending Actions tab contains Sell users that we need a little more information about. The user will not be fully-added or removed from the account until you complete the pending action.
Select the action option below, Complete invitation process or Transfer data of deleted user, to read more on the next steps an admin should take to complete the action.
Complete invitation process
When a user is given access to Sell in Admin Center, you may need to specify what role they will have and what information they can access in Sell. Depending on your plan level and permissions, a user can have more advanced permissions that need additional setup in your Sell settings.
Follow the steps below to complete the invitation process for a user in the Pending Actions section of Sell.
Navigate to your Sell Settings > Users > Pending Actions.
Click on the button Complete invitation process next to the user's name.
