Can I connect my contact form with Zendesk?

If you have your own contact form on your website, you can integrate it with Zendesk by using our API. To see an example, read the article: Building a custom ticket form with the Zendesk API. Examples for creating requests via API can be found on this page.
Custom ticket fields need to be created to store particular data, that your customers submit in the form. For more information, see the article: Adding custom fields to your tickets and support request form.
If you don't have resources, the apps below can assist you in creating ticket forms:
Tip: If you don’t have a form, Help Center offers a ticket form by default that your end users can use to submit a request and if you need more than one, you can use multiple ticket forms.
If you want to embed customer service on your site, your customers can get help and search for answers through the Web Widget.
