Can I connect my contact form with Zendesk?

To integrate the contact form on your website with Zendesk, use the API. For an example, see the article: Building a custom ticket form with the Zendesk API. Examples of creating requests using the API can be found in the Developer API Reference documentation.
Custom ticket fields need to be created to store the data, that your customers submit in the form. For more information, see the article: Adding custom fields to your tickets and support request form.
Tip: If you don’t have a form, Help Center offers a ticket form by default that your end users can use to submit a request, and if you need more than one, you can use multiple ticket forms.
If you want to embed customer service on your site, your customers can get help and search for answers through the Web Widget.
