Can I add custom widgets to my Sell Performance Dashboard?
Answer
It is not possible to add your own custom widgets to your Performance Dashboard in Sell reporting.
It is possible, however, for Sell users to customize the existing set of widgets within the dashboard. For example, remove, add, and reorganize the widget layout.

Hi,
Is it possible to have a dashboard widget displaying the number (volume per year ex.) of different segmented customers?
I have tried to add tags or custom field, where I segment the customers and then gather these in smartlists. Then using the smartlist dashboard as widget, however I am not able to display all details counted in one smartlist widget.
An example would be having a dashboard showing:
Customer segment Number of new customer 2021
B2B 80
B2C 30
B2E 50
Would you please advice if this is possible in any matter?

It may be worth looking into our open beta for the Sell Dashboard and Dataset in Explore. You can read more about that in our article Announcing the Zendesk Sell sales reporting in Explore open beta. This wouldn't allow you to display the data directly within Sell, but it would make it easier to compile, maintain, and monitor the data.
