Question
What is the difference between Time - Backlog recorded and Time - Backlog end of period?
Answer
If you use the date field of Backlog recorded, you are aggregating data. The Backlog end of period looks at backlog count at the end of the selected period of time.
For example, this is the backlog count over a week for a random account: 10 backlog tickets on Monday, 11 on Tuesday, 10 on Wednesday, 11 on Thursday, 10 on Friday, 9 on Saturday, and 9 on Sunday.
If you use Time - Backlog recorded, the result is 70. But if you use Backlog end of period, the result is 9.

Hi Louis
Since the attribute End of week will only show the last day of the snapshot period (Jan 30 and Feb 6, in your example), the backlogs for other days are not included, so they're all grouped in this one blank column with no date (for example, backlogs on Jan 31, Feb 1, Feb 2, etc.). Here's a more detailed visual representation:
Here, we can clearly see that the End of week column only displays Sundays, so Mondays-Saturdays are left blank. They are only visible because of the Backlog recorded - Date attribute. But if I remove it, you will see that backlogs on these days are grouped under a 'no date' row:

How can I remove it?

to remove it, you just have to hover to your attributes, and click the "x" on the side of "backlog recorded - Date". This will remove it.
