Why do I get the Chat server error: Try to refresh chat now. If that doesn't work, ask your Admin to contact Zendesk... followed by a string of random letters and numbers?
The Chat server error indicates there was a recent subdomain change on the account. It's expected that live chat may experience up to two hours of downtime after a subdomain change.
