Can I edit the review after it has been submitted?
Answer
Yes, you can edit reviews within Zendesk QA. Editing permissions vary based on your user role. See the user roles and permissions below:
- (Workspace) Reviewers can edit only their reviews
- Leads can edit only their reviews
- Managers can edit all reviews within their workspace
- Admins and Account Managers can edit all reviews across all workspaces
To edit a review:
- Click the options menu (
)
- Click Edit
- Make changes to the review
- Click Save
Users with editing permissions can also delete a review.
To delete a review
- Click the options menu (
)
- Click Delete
- Click Delete review
- Click Save
