Can I edit the review after it has been submitted?
Answer
Yes, reviews are editable within Zendesk QA. Editing permissions vary based on your user role. See the user roles and permissions below:
- (Workspace) Reviewers can edit only their reviews.
- Leads can edit only their reviews.
- Managers can edit all reviews within their Workspace.
- Admins and Account Managers can edit all reviews across all Workspaces.
To edit a review
1. Click the options menu ()
2. Click, Edit
3. Make changes to the review
4. Click, Save
Users with editing permissions can also delete a review.
To delete a review
1. Click the options menu ()
2. Click, Delete
3. Click, Delete review
4. Click, Save
