In messaging, I noticed my bot doesn't respond when customers write hello or thank you. How can I create responses?

To answer these questions, create an answer and match it to a new flow.

  1. Create an answer flow for each option
  2. For When to show this answer, add the keywords of your choice
  3. Create the flow of your choice

  4. Click Done > Publish AI agent
