Issue symptoms
On the Chat dashboard, when I click the Create ticket link after I suspended then unsuspended a user, I see the error Failed to create Zendesk Support ticket.
Resolution steps
When the Agent Workspace is activated, you can't create a ticket from a chat if the end user was suspended when they requested the chat. As a workaround, open Support and create the ticket in the Agent Workspace. For more information, see this article: Limitations in the Zendesk Agent Workspace.
