Issue symptoms

When I use a private window in Firefox, attempts to create a ticket from a Web Widget (Classic) fail with the error There was an error processing your request. Please try again later when an account is host-mapped.

Resolution steps

This is due to Firefox's use of the anti-tracking blocklist provided by disconnect.me. Despite attempts to appeal disconnect.me's decision, this platform keeps Zendesk listed as a tracker. As a workaround, use any of the other supported browsers.
