Issue symptoms

When I use a private window in Firefox, and I attempt to create a ticket from a Web Widget (Classic), with a host-mapped domain, this error appears: There was an error processing your request. Please try again later.

Resolution steps

This is due to the anti-tracking blocklist provided by disconnect.me, which Firefox uses. Despite attempts to appeal disconnect.me's decision, this platform lists Zendesk as a tracker. As a workaround, use any of the other supported browsers.
