Does AI automatically translate articles in my help center if I update the English version? For example, if I update the English copy of an article, will the French translation auto-update?
Answer
Zendesk does not automatically update translations that are generated through the AI translation function. To update your translations, open each translation after you update the English version of the article and use the Translate function to update the content.
