The tone of my AI agent is unprofessional and strange. How do I change it to sound more natural?

Resolution steps

To change the tone of your AI agent, you need to configure its persona to add personality to its AI-generated responses.

If you have AI agents - Essentia, open the AI agents settings and follow the instructions. Change the Tone of voice to Informal or Enthusiastic to better match your brand.

If you have AI agents - Advanced, open the AI agents settings and follow the instructions. Under Tone of Voice, select between Professional, Informal, Friendly or Custom tone to match your brand.
