I want to use copilot to generate a suggested first reply. Which data sources does it use to create a first reply?

Does restricting the help center to signed-in users only prevent copilot from using help center content?

Answer

The sources to generate a first reply are primarily suggested macros or help center articles if no macros match. Even if you restrict your help center to signed-in users only, copilot can still use that content to suggest a first reply to your agents.
