Answer

To add an AI agent to your social messaging channel, ensure that the requirements for it to function are met. You must be using Zendesk messaging. Your WhatsApp messaging channel must already be connected to your Zendesk subdomain.

To add your AI agent to WhatsApp or other social messaging channels, create a new AI agent or edit an existing one, and under Brand and channels > Messaging, select WhatsApp or your other social messaging channels. Publish your AI agent to apply the settings.
