Issue symptoms

Agents receive the error message Out of office: Failed to update some tickets. Try updating them again. when they try to set their status to available in the reinstalled Out of Office application. After refreshing the page, the system automatically sets their status back to Unavailable.

Resolution steps

To resolve this issue, remove the agent_ooo tag from the profiles of the affected users.
