Delaying outbound messages, and ability to withdraw tickets.

    Hi George Orais-Bonheimer,

    You could set up a trigger that when a ticket is submitted with a public reply the ticket the shows up in an outbox queue, but that would not delay the sending of the email. The only option for delaying the actual sending is the Cancel Ticket Submit App as far as I know.
