Zendesk on Zendesk series discussions
Posted Mar 12, 2015
Zendesk on Zendesk is a series about a specific topic and how our Zendesk Customer Support team uses Zendesk.
Each topic is written and moderated by a member of the Zendesk Customer Support team. They share tips and best practices, and community members can ask questions and share their own tips and ideas.
Here's the complete Zendesk on Zendesk series:
- Escalating tickets to developers - by Joe Oliver
- How we manage apps - by Jim Nestell
- Using a Play button-centered workflow - by Brian Harris and Ana Wiechers
- How we use the About field - by Robin Frerichs
- How we manage customer satisfaction surveys and ratings - by Anna Rozentale
- How we do KCS - by Ricardo Pinto
- How we write KCS articles - by Stephen Fusco
- How we translate KCS articles - by MacKenzie Krueger

Hi ZD team,
I found this series really useful, thanks for sharing your experience.
If this is a monthly discussion, where are the rest of the series? (unless after 16 months the plug was pulled or not all of them made it to this post)
Thanks,
Julian

Hi Julian,
Glad to hear you enjoyed the Zendesk on Zendesk series!
We are not doing those posts regularly anymore, but occasionally, as we have a good topic and info to share about how we use our products. We are long overdue, so maybe we'll have a good topic to share soon. Let us know if there's something specific you are interested in hearing about from our team.
In the meantime, I've edited the text so that it doesn't say that this is a monthly series. Thanks for letting us know.

I didn't find everything useful in the zendesk on zendesk, but the stuff I did find useful, I found super useful. Wish zendesk on zendesk would be brought back. I'm new to zendesk, and as someone who is in charge of our company's IT helpdesk, love reading through all the articles and documentation. It helps optimize our zendesk and it helps speed up the process of helping our end-users.

Several links are broken. Would be nice to update them and reactivate this initiative.
