We tried using them inside our app, but decided to go full time with it on our website. It's actually a really great converter. We've gotten great feedback from our clients saying that they love the widget follows them around and they can just ask help whenever without having to look for a 'Contact us' link.

Widget is great!  Any discussion about allowing it to take attachments? Like screen shots.  Our users like to send screen shots ALL the time.  :)

We hear you, Logan, and do plan to allow attachments through the Web Widget in the future. For now, users could include a link to an image if they upload it to Drive, Screencast, etc. but we hope to build this in soon!

    Jillana,

Thanks for the update. I'm not clear on whether Embeddables are a replacement for the Ticketing and Search API's or if Embeddables run in front of those API's.

    Thanks,

    Pam

Hi Pam! You can think of our REST APIs, Apps Framework, and Embeddables as one big family sharing the same DNA while having unique characteristics :)

Some customers use all three in tandem so don't feel limited to one or the other! Check out more details on all three platforms here: https://developer.zendesk.com/
