How to "Send Later" Using Automations

    Hi Wai Heng,

    Could you tell me a bit more about your use case? Are there any time related factors to when you want this email to go out? As much as you can tell me about when you'd want these sent will be beneficial.

    I just got that very same request and thought about a similar solution. However, I would have gladly used your solution but zendesk only supports 1 hour for automations. So as far as I understand, when I send a notif with a 1h automatism then the notif can go out nearly instantly, some minutes later or even nearly 60 minutes later. Which surely wouldn't be accepted since it delays our answer time a lot. We get good ratings for our quick solution time.

    Can anyone think of a way to circumvent this and maybe have a 5 minute delay?
