    This is happening to us too but only when the agent clicks on the 'Tags' fields. I opened a ticket today and I am waiting for Zendesk to get back. Please let me know if you find a solution. Thanks!

    Same here. I first thought it might be one of our group policies, but then I tried on a new blank Windows install (with all updates) and had the same issue.

    For some of our users this even happens when just opening the ticket (viewing).

    Hey everyone,

    It looks like this is a known issue with our developers and a fix has recently been deployed. If you can have your agents clear their browsers cache/cookies and try to access the agent interface again that should resolve the issue.

    Brett Bowser this appears to either still be a problem, or a regression has crept in. This is routinely happening to myself and colleagues. I'm using the latest version of Chrome, and it seems to happen when navigating back.

    Hi Brett,

    I have the exact same problem in Chrome V86.0.4240.193 (Official build) (64-bits).

    Screen shifts to the left every day. Very anoying!

    Since this has been reported a year ago, is this ever going to be fixed?

    Hi Brett Bowser and all,

    The "entire window shifts left while editing" issue is also happening to us constantly. We use Chrome, i.e. a modern popular browser (the IE11 in the title can be misleading).

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Start writing a comment in a ticket
    2. Hit PgUp key
    >> the screen is pushed to the left and the leftmost quarter of the UI is not visible

    Refreshing does not resolve the issue, the only "workaround" is closing the browser tab and loading the page in a new tab. As this affects the entire ZD tab in the browser (i.e. all other tickets tabbed in the same browser tab), this can be a real hassle.

    Please provide a fix :)
