    Hi Tiffany,

      I have one query related to Show related Tickets app. Do the app show results across forms. I mean, if a subdomain have multiple forms apart from normal Ticket. And if I enable this app, will it show result across forms or only limited to respective form, where I am editing the subject.

    Allowing the end user to configure an array of excluded words in the app settings would be helpful. Common email subject components (e.g. RE/FW) make the results very unreliable if tickets come from the email channel. It tends to show 'no related' if RE/FW are in the subject line.
