    I wanted to let you know that we have rolled out a change that now restricts agents that are part of a custom role that has "can manage Guide" from accessing Admin Center.

    Wow. Huge +1 to this. Thank you for sharing Christoph Kutz ! I'm alarmed to find this out, and the answer of "I'm afraid we won't be able to override or separate access" is unacceptable. We need more granular permissions to allow users to manage guide without touching authentication and security settings.

    Thank you for your feedback. We will be addressing this in an upcoming release and will be removing Admin Center access to any non-administrative agent that is part of a Zendesk Support custom role that has the "can manage guide" permission set. I will continue to comment on this post with updates.
