Add a notification banner to Help Center
Description/Example/Use Cases/Proof of End-Users Requesting:
Reason for Posting:
I know that I can accomplish this by using the tip I posted. But, I really believe that this is something that should be simple and easy in the Guide Admin menu to do.
I really don’t believe that a Zendesk Admin should have to learn web design to implement this.
Also, I believe that a lot of Zendesk Admins will not realize that this is even an option.
That is why I have posted it as a feature request.

Alejandro Colon - Glad to see this still being used 4 years later. It looks like they killed my account when I left the Moderator program so if you need any changes performed in my original post just let me know and I will update it.

Sure will. But, It is also a little sad that something like this was never added to the platform.
If I asked why the answer would be that someone needed to put in a feature request. So, I am taking it upon myself to submit all of these feature requests on behalf of people so that answer can no longer be used by the Zendesk team.
I also hope this can spur some of these feature requests to be added if they are shown enough support.

Out of interest, and apologies if i'm in the wrong place, I've been using the banner for some time now on the homepage of a help centre using the label of 'announcement'. Is it possible to use multiple labels and have each banner coded differently - ie an announcement banner in an orange, and a hints and tips one in blue for example?
