When in an existing contact, I would like to see a merge button, where you can select to merge the contact that you are in, to merge with another contact already in Sell. At the moment, when in a new or system created contact card (e.g. automatically create via incoming call from Aircall), Zendesk names it "Aircall caller *phone numer*". When you click "edit" in this record and start editing the name to an existing name, the system doesn't tell me that this contact already exists , while I have set up the rigth duplication setting (duplication doesn't work), and hence does not give the option to merge them. This creates a lot of double contact and mess in the system.
When does this happen: for example when using the Aircall integration, or when in an existing contact that I would like to merge with another contact. Currently you can only merge a contact when selected in a smartlist.
