The new "upgrade" of the ZD page

I'm not a big fan of the changes that I was forced to accept today.

Advertised is the wider screen. by moving the task bar to the side instead of keeping it at the top, my screen is now that much less wide.

The task bar space is now occupied by an add button, 2/3-3/4 of a screen of white space, the search bar, the phone icon and finally the notification bell. Why not keep the task bar icons in all of that white space like it was before?

And the bell way on the right. When I get notified now, it is so far to the right that I don't even notice it anymore. When in the middle of the screen, I always saw incoming messages as they arrived.

Not a fan, guys, not a fan.

    Hi Tony,

    Thanks for your post. There were a few reasons we made this update. The main reason is that it more closely aligns Sell with the rest of the Zendesk product family. As we continue to integrate these products this was an important step that we needed to take.
