Display order of names

Used in Japan.

In Japan, names are generally displayed in the order of family name and first name.

I want Zendesk Sell to display in that order, but it doesn't seem to be possible.

( I am considering whether to create a full name field or import the family name into the first name and import the first name into the family name. )

Hi Yu,

Good question! I'm afraid you cannot reorder how Sell shows the first and last names of leads and contacts. For this reason, your best option will be to import the family name in the first name field and the last name in the first name field. You and your users will just need to be mindful of the switch as you work in Sell! I don't recommend using a custom field here, as that will produce more name fields than you need. If you need to update records which already exist in Sell, you can always use out batch data management feature to update/switch the data in your name fields: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360041031954-Batch-updating-using-a-CSV-file
