International SMS

My business would like the option to SMS leads, contacts, and customers using Zendesk Sell.

We cannot do this, however, because SMS is only available to US and UK numbers, and I am in Australia.

I also cannot switch to a US or UK number because people are generally sceptical of unknown international phone numbers.

This makes it difficult for us to communicate with customers. Introducing international SMS would resolve this issue. Even better, integrating with iMessage and Google Messages would allow us to message 98% of customers without having to pay SMS charges.
