Changing email without losing data
AnsweredRecently our company changed names. The email that outgoing emails go out under in our account is under old company name. Need to change this to new email platform with out losing all past emails. Can someone provide any feedback on how to accomplish this? I do not want to delete and lose all past emails and history linked to old email

Sell emails are a reflection of your integrated email account. If the users associated email address changes, all email conversations currently displayed in your Sell account will be removed (including BCC'd emails). The emails will not be removed from your personal email account, but they will no longer be available in Sell.
