Talk metrics in local time
AnsweredMy company is global and operates multiple regions. I support US and Canada but can only view time frames in Reporting in AET (Australia). There should be an option for anyone to view metrics for their region in local time.

Hi Steve,
You can change your timezone in your profile. Have you changed this to match the timezone you are currently in? Navigating to your Zendesk instance and clicking your profile pic will bring up these settings on the bottom left hand side of your screen.
My understanding is that you want the reports to be viewed in the timezone of your customers, if you have your profile set to your local timezone the reports will show only in your timezone.
