We are a French company and we started to use the Guide API a few months ago. We discovered during our development and tests that we could not vote anonymously through the API.
Actually, the option is available in the admin interface but only works with the help center feature provided by Zendesk itself. I wonder if this feature could also be implemented for the API.
Our only way to deal with this problem is to create our own system of voting, which is unfortunate regarding the numerous features Zendesk provides to its clients.
