Getting a list of Draft and Published articles per agent per month

This is not possible at the moment since there is no attribute to indicate that an article is in a draft state. Although you can report on the number of published articles by the author of the article and when the article was created. You can use the article Metrics and attributes for Zendesk Guide as a reference for this one.

There's a workaround for draft articles though. You can always add the word "Draft" in the article title and we can use this information by creating a custom attribute that can be used to filter out the draft articles. Note that if you do this, it will only work for the current number of drafts and will not provide historic data.

Here's a sample formula for the custom attribute:

CONTAINS([Article title],"draft")

We use queries to produce reports of all articles within a brand. It allows use for further sort by section, etc. Since we have 5 different brands (or libraries of articles), we also use this report for comparison to articles in each library, and offers download in excel for further use outside of ZenDesk.

We have the same problem. We are creating an additional brand (library) where the content is not yet published. There are approximately 1000 articles. Adding draft to the title would not be an option.

It doesn't make sense that you have a metric called D_COUNT to show all published articles. How hard would it be to add another metric to capture all articles that are published + in progress?

Can you please consider adding this to the next release?
