Expose mappings of sets, attributes, metrics to queries usage
Posted Feb 11, 2021
I’d like to be able to see what reports utilize each set and custom attribute/metric. Right now you can’t see this, so deleting a custom attribute, even if you built it, could potentially blow up queries others built off it without your knowledge, and with no way to check.
It would also let you find common query mistakes and correct them, such as using "Ticket Updated - Date" (which uses the date a ticket was *last updated*), versus "Updated - Date" (which uses the date the update in question you're filtering to, occurred on). I'd love to be able to do a check on all reports utilizing the former and ensure the query is intended to be showing the "last updated date", since the name of the attribute doesn't make this obvious.
This was something that was available in Insights, you could go to the page for a given custom metric, and see exactly what changing or deleting it would impact, and was extremely handy.

This would still be enormously helpful.
