Feature Request Summary:
Zendesk should allow for Agent Workspace UI department names to be customizable, outside of the group name.
We may want to have a group name like "Partner Systems Support US" but when surfacing it to end-users in our Chat SDK, we want to be more clear like "(US, AT&T) Partner Systems Support".
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
This is a must for our business as we have different names for chat to be clear to our end-users and don't want to have long group names in our systems.
