Remove email header "Your ticket update has been received" from emails

Answered

Is it possible to remove the text from our emails that states " Your ticket update has been received by Zola Customer Support and is being reviewed". We have several teams working out of Zendesk and it isn't relevant for all teams to have this in the body of emails sent to customers.

Hi Lucinda,

You can edit that message: How do I edit the automatic response sent to someone who submits a ticket?

If you want to do something more complex, where the message is different depending on specific aspects of the ticket, you can add Liquid Markup as a way to add some logic to the notification message. Here's an example of how you'd use Liquid Markup to vary the message depending on which Organization the ticket's requester belongs to: Can I send different replies to users in different organisations using a trigger?. There are some links in that article with more information on how to use Liquid Markup as well.

Thank you Dave!  I didn't realize that it was set up as a trigger by a former admin. Very helpful :D
