Pre-filled greeting for public repliesAnswered
Has anyone ever found a solution to pre-fill a greeting at the start of a ticket automatically (beyond selecting a macro), for example:
Thanks for getting in touch."

Unfortunately, there is no native way to set a pre-filled greeting in Support. However, we understand your need for this functionality so I am marking this comment as Product Feedback. We truly value customer feedback and your voice and votes in the product feedback topics in the community help influence future Zendesk functionality.

You'd either need to update your "Notify Requester" triggers to include a pre-filled greeting Using placeholders or have your agents apply a macro when they start working the ticket.
