Hi,
Has anyone ever found a solution to pre-fill a greeting at the start of a ticket automatically (beyond selecting a macro), for example:
"Hi Bob,
Thanks for getting in touch."
Thanks for any ideas!

Unfortunately, there is no native way to set a pre-filled greeting in Support. However, we understand your need for this functionality so I am marking this comment as Product Feedback. You'd either need to update your "Notify Requester" triggers to include a pre-filled greeting Using placeholders or have your agents apply a macro when they start working the ticket.
