I have accounts with Lazada, Shopee and Qoo10 in Singapore that I would like to integrate with our Zendesk Support ticketing system.
At the moment, I lack the ability to accurately show our Activity as a Customer Service team across all channels because these e-commerce chat functions aren't included in my reporting.
As our business grows, more e-commerce platforms are likely to be used to power this growth, so I want to be able grow our use of Zendesk too.
I'm told that this is possible, but have had multiple developers come back to me and say "too-hard". I lack the ability to code, (although I'm now teaching myself very slowly as a result of this) but need a solution faster than I can build my skills.
