Ever since the recent update our team has been having serious issues logging into Sell. Passwords will sometimes not work even when we know them to be correct, and sometimes we are redirected to error pages when trying to log in. Is this a known problem with the new system?

I've just tried to help a coworker log in, and she was on the correct page and using her usual login credentials, but was still told that the username/password combination is incorrect. This is happening for some people on the team but not others.
How would I go about contacting the support team for help? I can't find a way to submit a ticket.

Hello Kali, please make sure all your team members are signing in through <yoursubdomain>.zendesk.com
where <yoursubdomain> is the name of the subdomain you've picked upon signing up for Sell.
Please make sure your team members are NOT signing in using legacy sign in page - https://core.futuresimple.com/sales/users/login?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fapp.futuresimple.com%2F
