Enable or Disable Talk via API

Feature Request Summary:
There should be a way to enable or disable a Talk license via the API. We can turn on or off Chat licenses via the API but doing the same for Talk is strangely absent.
We need this feature available for individuals who do not have an Enterprise plan.
Description/Use Cases:
Via the API, we should be able to enable or disable Talk licenses.
There is a convoluted way to do this via custom user roles but that is only available with an Enterprise plan. We can already turn on and off Chat licenses via the API, even if we are on the Professional plan. Why can't we do the same for Talk? We should have the ability to do this.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
This limits our ability to manage users via the API. We want to automate user changes and without this ability, we are forced to do steps manually because the feature is strangely missing.

Hi Timothy,
Talk licenses can be enabled or disabled via the Zendesk Custom Roles API. This is a Zendesk Enterprise level feature and there are no plans to open it up for Zendesk Professional or Team level plans.
