Re-configure Live Calls View to also show incoming callsAnswered
Can you also please re-configure Live Calls so that it also shows incoming calls not yet accepted by agent? Every other field can be the same.
Thanks for taking the time to write in, unfortunately, it is not possible to customise the Live calls dashboard and this is not something we have on our roadmap we do however have some longer-term strategy work going on in other areas of the product that might satisfy what you are looking for. This is being discussed in this thread https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/1260801970630, specifically related to the queue visibility.
