At the Talk Dashboard we can see the overall incoming calls and there i can choose a view for example: calls overall vs. hung up on hold.
We don't use Voicemail or holding pattern and the missed calls i can only calculate when i take a look at the calls over all subtract the accepted calls from the agents
I would like to have a topic with "accepted calls" - the point "accepted calls" i can see at every single Agent but not at the graph
I hope some people would like to have this too

thanks for your feedback. The Integration in Explore works really fine. So there are no other possibilities to integrate this funktion in the Talk Dashbord right?
